Enable Generate AWB & Pickup — lets users create Aramex shipments/AWBs from a booking. When off, the “Generate AWB & Pickup” and “Create + Generate AWB” buttons are hidden for everyone.

Enable outbound email — global kill-switch. When OFF, no email is sent anywhere; clearance sends are logged as suppressed. Leave OFF until tested.

Clearance team email:

Auto-send to clearance when all 3 documents (Invoice + Packing List + Bank Transfer) are uploaded for a shipment. Still respects the kill-switch above.

New-request notify team:

Aramex staff emails notified when a customer submits a new Impex service request (comma-separated). Requires outbound email ON.

Documents-received notify:

Notified when a customer uploads a document (comma-separated). Falls back to the request-notify team if left blank.

Import Clearance Team:

CS Team:

Both teams are emailed when a customer confirms clearance charges (comma-separated). Requires outbound email ON.

CMB Operations team:

Alerted with the confirmed delivery address when a consignee confirms it for a Customs-held (SH156) shipment.

Auto-send the delivery-address request to consignees when a shipment becomes Held at Customs (SH156). Leave OFF while testing — when off, staff send it manually per shipment. Still respects the kill-switch.

⚖️ Weight discrepancy flag

Flag when vs declared weight differs by more than: %

On AWB-details import, compares the chosen weight against the SRN-declared weight and flags the shipment for staff if the gap exceeds this %. Blank or 0 = off. (Chargeable includes volumetric, so it flags bulky parcels too.)

📥 Import filter — billing entity

Only import rows billed to entity:

When set, the Aramex Excel import (SRN file) keeps only rows whose Billed To Entity matches this value and skips the rest. Leave blank to import everything.

📦 AWB Details — fields to show on the shipment page

Choose which fields from the Aramex details export (the .zip uploaded via Import) appear in the shipment’s “AWB Details” card.

🔑 Aramex API Accounts

Credentials used to pull live tracking from Aramex. Use the “Track via Aramex” button on a shipment to fetch its status.
